Weiwen He , is Senior Fellow of Center for China and Globalization (CCG), and also the Executive Council Member of China Association of International Trade as well as China Society of WTO Studies, the Fellow of China Foundation for International Studies (CFIS), Vice Chairman of Global Alliance of SMEs.
He got a Bachelor’s Degree of Foreign Trade Economics from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), and obtained Senior Executive Program certificate at Harvard Business School in 1995. Weiwen He used to be Assistant Research Fellow and Deputy Director at Research Institute of International Trade (now CAITEC of MOFCOM), Secretary-general of China International Economic Information Center and its European Representative in Germany, and Director of Trade Promotion Division of aerospace Products Branch of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products.
From 1992 to 1996, he was Deputy Editor-in-chief at International Business Daily, and from 1997 to 2003, he was Economic and Commercial Counselor at Chinese Consulates General in San Francisco and New York. From 2003 to 2005, he was the International Business Consultant and Editor-in-chief of English International Business Newspaper Monthly, and has been in his present position since 2005. He is the author of Chamber of Commerce, Across the Pacific, Succeed in America and New Mediocre, New Contemplation, and over 300 articles.
